He is my / Toms best friend.2. 形容詞的最高級常與介詞in或of短語連用,說明比較范圍。一般情況下,如果主語與介詞短語中的名詞屬于同一類,用介詞of;如果不是同一類,則用介詞in。如: He is the tallest of these boys. Sam is the youngest
19、 in his class.3. 形容詞的最高級前可用序數詞,二者共同修飾后面的名詞,其結構為“the+序數詞 + 形容詞的最高級 + 名詞”。如: The Yellow River is the second longest river in China.4. “one of + the + 形容詞的最高級 + 復數名詞”,意為“最之一”。如: Miss Wang is one of the most popular teachers in our school.三、副詞的最高級的用法1. 副詞的最高級前面可以加定冠詞the,也可以省略。如: The tall boy sang (the)
20、most beautifully.2. 副詞的最高級常與介詞in或of短語連用,說明比較范圍。一般情況下,如果 主語與介詞短語中的名詞屬于同一類,用介詞of;如果不是同一類,則用介詞 in。 V. Practice Work on 3a: 1.
