The workshop, which targets city administrations from across the EU and beyond with an interest in developing and implementing successful sustainable urban transport policies, will explore best-practice communications examples in five primary areas:
- Target audience mapping: Researching, defining and prioritising precise target audiences. - Branding: Mobility measures that have a brand identity. - Collateral material: Effective use of posters, leaflets, gadgets, giveaways. - Events: Events for external audiences such as the public, the media, or other external stakeholders. - Media Relations: Successful press releases, media interviews, placement of feature stories.
